LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End-User License Agreement („EULA”) is a legal agreement between you („Licensee”) and MG Code Marcin Grzejszczak, ul. Sienkiewicza 151/6, 90-302, Łódź, Poland, NIP: 726 251 76 53 („Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Definitions
1.1. Software Product: The web application developed by the Licensor, including but not limited to its components, documentation, and updates.
1.2. License Types:
Timed License: A subscription-based license granting access for a monthly term.
Trial License: A 7-day evaluation license with limited functionality.
1.3. License Key: A unique identifier required to activate the Software Product under this EULA.
License Grant
2.1. Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software Product:
Under the Timed License, the Licensee may use the Software Product on one device for the duration of the subscription period.
Under the Trial License, the Licensee may evaluate the Software Product for a limited period of 7 days, subject to functionality restrictions.
2.2. The Licensee shall not:
Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the Software Product without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software Product.
Circumvent any licensing mechanisms.
2.3. The Software Product remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. This EULA does not transfer ownership to the Licensee.
Evaluation and Trial License
3.1. The Trial License is provided solely for evaluation purposes and includes limited functionality.
3.2. The Licensor provides no warranty, support, or guarantees for the Software Product under the Trial License.
Subscription and Termination
4.1. The Timed License renews automatically at the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the Licensee.
4.2. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this EULA if the Licensee violates its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Software Product and delete all copies.
Limited Warranty
5.1. The Licensor warrants that the Software Product performs as described, subject to the limitations of the Trial License.
5.2. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability Limitation
6.1. The Licensor’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the Timed License.
6.2. The Licensor is not liable for indirect damages, including data loss, business interruptions, or other consequential damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. This EULA is governed by the laws of Poland.
7.2. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in Polish courts.

UMOWA LICENCYJNA
Umowa Licencyjna dla Użytkownika Końcowego („EULA”) to prawna umowa pomiędzy Tobą („Licencjobiorca”) a MG Code Marcin Grzejszczak, ul. Sienkiewicza 151/6, 90-302, Łódź, Polska, NIP: 726 251 76 53 („Licencjodawca”). Pobierając, instalując lub używając Produktu, akceptujesz warunki niniejszej EULA.
Definicje
1.1. Produkt: Aplikacja internetowa opracowana przez Licencjodawcę, w tym jej komponenty, dokumentacja i aktualizacje.
1.2. Rodzaje Licencji:
Licencja Czasowa: Licencja subskrypcyjna, zapewniająca dostęp na okres miesięczny.
Licencja Testowa: Licencja próbna na 7 dni z ograniczoną funkcjonalnością.
1.3. Klucz Licencyjny: Unikalny identyfikator wymagany do aktywacji Produktu na podstawie niniejszej EULA.
Udzielenie Licencji
2.1. Licencjodawca udziela Licencjobiorcy niewyłącznej, niezbywalnej licencji na instalację i użytkowanie Produktu:
W ramach Licencji Czasowej, Licencjobiorca może korzystać z Produktu na jednym urządzeniu przez czas trwania subskrypcji.
W ramach Licencji Testowej, Licencjobiorca może testować Produkt przez 7 dni, pod warunkiem ograniczonej funkcjonalności.
2.2. Licencjobiorca nie może:
Przenosić, sublicencjonować ani rozpowszechniać Produktu bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody Licencjodawcy.
Odwzorowywać, dekompilować ani modyfikować Produktu.
Obchodzić mechanizmów licencyjnych.
2.3. Produkt pozostaje własnością intelektualną Licencjodawcy.
Licencja Testowa
3.1. Licencja Testowa jest udostępniana wyłącznie w celach ewaluacyjnych i obejmuje ograniczoną funkcjonalność.
3.2. Licencjodawca nie udziela gwarancji ani wsparcia dla Produktu w ramach Licencji Testowej.
Subskrypcja i Rozwiązanie Umowy
4.1. Licencja Czasowa odnawia się automatycznie na koniec okresu subskrypcji, chyba że Licencjobiorca ją anuluje.
4.2. Licencjodawca ma prawo rozwiązać umowę w przypadku naruszenia jej warunków przez Licencjobiorcę.
Ograniczona Gwarancja
5.1. Licencjodawca gwarantuje, że Produkt działa zgodnie z opisem, z zastrzeżeniem ograniczeń Licencji Testowej.
5.2. Licencjodawca wyłącza wszelkie gwarancje, w tym domyślne gwarancje przydatności do określonego celu.
Ograniczenie Odpowiedzialności
6.1. Odpowiedzialność Licencjodawcy jest ograniczona do bezpośrednich szkód do wysokości opłaty za Licencję Czasową.
6.2. Licencjodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody pośrednie.
Prawo Właściwe
7.1. Niniejsza EULA podlega prawu polskiemu.
7.2. Wszelkie spory będą rozstrzygane przez polskie sądy.
